Please read our salon policies carefully before your appointment or booking.
General Disclaimer
Management cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any property or personal items left unattended on the premises.
No Acrylic or PolyGel treatments will be performed on persons under the age of 16 years.
Nail Enhancement Treatments
If you experience any peeling, chipping, or lifting, we will gladly make the necessary corrections free of charge to ensure your satisfaction.
Correction Period
- 4 days for Gel applications
- 7 days for Acrylic, Soft Gel Tips, and PolyGel sets
This applies only to your original service.
Important Nail Care Notice
Acrylic and other artificial nail enhancements should not be worn for longer than 6 weeks.
A fill is due after a maximum of 16 days, and BOA will only perform one fill per set.
Please keep track of your fills and soak your nails off regularly to maintain nail health.
Fill Policy
We do not provide fills for Acrylic, Soft Gel Tips, or PolyGel sets originally done by another salon.
Fills are only provided for sets done at any BOA Beauty branch.
Treatment Issues & Refund Consideration
For any issues with treatments, please contact our customer support team via Live Chat.
Please provide a detailed explanation of your experience and attach clear pictures of the issue.
Corrections must first be attempted before a refund will be considered.
Notice for Nail Polish Treatment Clients
Fresh nail polish takes approximately 24 hours to fully harden.
We do not offer free fixes if the polish is damaged after application.
To ensure the best results:
- Avoid activities that may damage or disrupt the varnish during the drying period
- Wear open-toed shoes if polish is applied to your toes, to prevent smudging
Payment Policy
We are a cashless salon and only accept card payments.
Group Booking Deposit Policy
For all group bookings of 3 or more, a 50% deposit is required.
Cancellation Terms
- You may cancel your booking and receive a voucher to the value of your deposit
- No cash refunds will be given
- No refunds or vouchers will be provided for cancellations made on the day of your booking

Kids Salon Group Booking Policy
Group Booking Option
Our salon offers a special group booking option exclusively for kids.
This booking includes access to the entire salon for a specific period, creating a private and enjoyable experience for the children.
Pricing
- R3500 per hour for up to 10 kids
- R250 per hour for each additional child
- All prices are inclusive of taxes
This pricing applies only to kids’ treatments and excludes any services for adults.
Prepayment
Full payment for the group booking is required upfront at the time of reservation.
Duration
- Minimum booking duration: 1 hour
- Extensions are available in 30-minute increments
- Extension fee: R1500 per 30 minutes
Available Booking Times
- 9:45 am, Monday to Friday
- 9:15 am, Saturday and Sunday
Treatments and Services
The group booking includes a range of treatments and services specifically designed for kids.
Our professional staff will provide age-appropriate treatments and cater to the individual needs and preferences of each child.
Please inform us in advance if any child has allergies or special requirements so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of a group booking must be done at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Any rescheduling requested within 72 hours will not be allowed, and the full deposit will be forfeited.
In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
Salon Privatisation
By booking the entire salon for the group, you ensure a private and exclusive experience for your kids.
During your reserved time, the salon will be unavailable for other customers.
Code of Conduct
We kindly request that all children and accompanying adults maintain a respectful and well-behaved attitude during their visit.
Any damage caused to the salon’s property or equipment due to negligence will be the responsibility of the booking party.
Safety and Security
Our salon takes the safety and security of all guests seriously.
An adult should be present throughout the duration of the group booking to supervise the children and ensure their well-being.
We have implemented safety measures and guidelines to provide a secure environment for everyone.
Amendments to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be communicated in advance.
